Dear Resident,
Staffordshire Police are appealing for information following a report of unknown offenders attempting to gain entry into a Renault Trafic van parked outside an address in Portland Place between 00:30hrs and 11:00hrs on Monday 6th April 2026.
Residents are reminded to take crime prevention measures to help protect their vehicles, including ensuring vehicles are locked, removing valuables from sight, parking in well-lit areas where possible, and considering the use of CCTV, dashcams, steering locks or other security devices.
If you live in the area, please check any CCTV, doorbell footage or dashcam recordings you may have covering Portland Place during the times stated.
